Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zagospodarowania fosfogipsów, który polega na tym, że do reaktora (2) wprowadza się fosfogips pochodzenia poapatytowego i/lub pofosforytowego oraz z prereaktora (1) wodny lub amoniakalny roztwór węglanu i/lub wodorowęglanu amonu, w proporcji fosfogipsu do wodnego lub amoniakalnego roztworu węglanu i/lub wodorowęglanu amonu jak 1:(0,14), całość miesza się w temperaturze -10 - 200°C przez co najmniej 2 minuty, CO2 wydzielający się w trakcie procesu kieruje się do prereaktora (1), a mieszaninę poreakcyjną kieruje się do filtra (3), uzyskując wodny roztwór siarczanu amonu, natomiast osad z filtra (3) wygrzewa się, następnie poddaje się go roztwarzaniu kwasem azotowym w reaktorze (5), a uzyskaną zawiesinę filtruje się na filtrze (6) uzyskując wodny roztwór azotanu wapnia, a CO2 wydzielający się w reaktorze (5) zawraca się do prereaktora (1), w którym CO2 poddaje się reakcji z amoniakiem w roztworze wodnym, do uzyskania wodnego lub amoniakalnego roztworu węglanu i/lub wodorowęglanu, który kieruje się do reaktora (2), przy czym proces otrzymywania wodnego lub amoniakalnego roztworu węglanu i/lub wodorowęglanu amonu prowadzi się do uzyskania pH roztworu 7 - 12.The subject of the application is the phosphogypsum management method, which consists in introducing phosphogypsum of postapatite and / or phosphogypsum origin into the reactor (2) and from the pre-reactor (1), an aqueous or ammoniacal solution of carbonate and / or ammonium bicarbonate, in the proportion of phosphogypsum to aqueous or ammonia solution of ammonium carbonate and / or bicarbonate as 1: (0.14), the whole is stirred at -10 - 200 ° C for at least 2 minutes, CO2 evolved during the process is directed to the pre-reactor (1), and the mixture the reaction mixture is directed to the filter (3), obtaining an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate, while the precipitate from the filter (3) is heated, then it is digested with nitric acid in the reactor (5), and the obtained suspension is filtered on the filter (6) to obtain aqueous the calcium nitrate solution and the CO2 evolved in the reactor (5) is recycled to the pre-reactor (1), in which the CO2 is reacted with ammonia in an aqueous solution, to obtain an aqueous or ammoniacal carbonate and / or bicarbonate solution which is directed to the reactor (2), the process of obtaining an aqueous or ammoniacal carbonate and / or ammonium bicarbonate solution being brought to a pH of the solution of 7-12.
