Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób suszenia i termicznego utrwalania materiałów biologicznych, w tym ziaren surowców roślinnych, zwłaszcza sezamu, w którym oczyszczony materiał umieszcza się w komorze suszarki (1) i poddaje suszeniu w złożu fluidalnym oraz poddaje działaniu fal podczerwonych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że proces suszenia prowadzi się w temperaturze od 110 do 200°C, przy prędkości strumienia gazu w złożu fluidalnym wynoszącej od 0,8 do 8 m/s nad sitem i w dwóch etapach trwających od 5 do 25 minut. Gaz stosowany w etapie pierwszym jest zawracany do 75% objętości całej porcji gazu użytego w tym etapie i ponadto wykorzystuje się promieniowanie podczerwone o długości fali z zakresu od 0,8 do 6 µm i regulowanej mocy elektrycznej promiennika podczerwieni (2) w zakresie od 0,02 do 0,15 kW/kg wsadu materiału. Natomiast w drugim etapie suszenie prowadzi się z całkowitą wymianą gazu, a po procesie suszenia materiał poddaje się natychmiastowemu schładzaniu do temperatury od 40 do 50°C i poddaje stabilizacji termiczno-biologicznej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również urządzenie do suszenia i termicznego utrwalania materiałów biologicznych, w tym ziaren surowców roślinnych, zwłaszcza sezamu, umożliwiające realizację suszenia według przedstawionego sposobu.The subject of the application is a method of drying and thermal fixation of biological materials, including seeds of vegetable raw materials, especially sesame, in which the purified material is placed in a dryer chamber (1) and subjected to fluidized bed drying and infrared radiation, which is characterized by the drying process is carried out at a temperature from 110 to 200 ° C, with a gas stream velocity in the fluidized bed of 0.8 to 8 m / s above the screen and in two stages lasting from 5 to 25 minutes. The gas used in the first stage is recycled to 75% of the volume of the entire portion of the gas used in this stage, and in addition infrared radiation is used with a wavelength in the range of 0.8 to 6 µm and the regulated electric power of the infrared heater (2) in the range from 0, 02 to 0.15 kW / kg material feed. In the second stage, however, drying is carried out with complete gas exchange, and after the drying process the material is immediately cooled to a temperature of 40 to 50 ° C and subjected to thermal and biological stabilization. The subject of the application is also a device for drying and thermal fixation of biological materials, including seeds of vegetable raw materials, especially sesame, enabling the drying according to the presented method.
