Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja niskosedymentacyjnego zaczynu cementowo-lateksowego z dodatkiem szkła wodnego na bazie cementu wiertniczego i wody, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do 50 cz. objętościowych wody dodano 100 cz. wag. cementu wiertniczego G, od 0,3 do 0,5 cz. wag. produktu oksyetylenowania i oksypropylenowania nasyconego alkoholu tłuszczowego, od 0,1 do 0,25 cz. wag. modyfikowanych sulfonianów polinaftalenowych, od 0,2 do 0,4 cz. wag. mieszaniny organicznych polimerów oraz modyfikowanych kopolimerów, od 1,0 do 3,0 cz. wag. chlorku wapnia, od 2,0 do 4,0 cz. wag. wodnego roztworu krzemianu sodu, od 0,2 do 0,4 cz. wag. mieszaniny związków chemicznych i środków mineralnych w postaci tlenku glinu, od 10 do 20 cz. wag. wodnej dyspersji kopolimeru butadienowo-styrenowo-amidowego z dodatkiem środków modyfikujących, od 1 do 2 cz. wag. roztworu wodnej mieszaniny etoksylowanych alkoholi nienasyconych, od 10 do 25 cz. wag. mielonego cementu portlandzkiego a także 3,0 cz. wag. w stosunku do ilości wody, chlorku potasu.The subject of the application is a composition of a low sediment cement-latex grout with the addition of water glass based on drilling cement and water, which is characterized by the fact that up to 50 parts 100 vol. water added wt. drilling cement G, from 0.3 to 0.5 part wt. product of ethoxylation and propoxylation of saturated fatty alcohol, from 0.1 to 0.25 parts wt. modified polynaphthalene sulfonates, from 0.2 to 0.4 parts wt. mixtures of organic polymers and modified copolymers, from 1.0 to 3.0 parts wt. calcium chloride, from 2.0 to 4.0 parts wt. aqueous sodium silicate, from 0.2 to 0.4 parts wt. mixtures of chemical compounds and mineral substances in the form of alumina, from 10 to 20 parts wt. aqueous dispersion of styrene-butadiene-amide copolymer with addition of modifying agents, from 1 to 2 parts wt. an aqueous solution of a mixture of ethoxylated unsaturated alcohols, from 10 to 25 parts wt. ground Portland cement as well as 3.0 parts wt. in relation to the amount of water, potassium chloride.
