Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja niefrakcjonującego zaczynu cementowego na bazie cementu wiertniczego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera 100 cz. wag. cementu wiertniczego G, 0,3 - 0,5 cz. wag. produktu oksyetylenowania i oksypropylenowania nasyconego alkoholu tłuszczowego, 0,05 - 0,25 cz. wag. modyfikowanych sulfonianów polinaftalenowych, 0,2 - 0,4 cz. wag. mieszaniny organicznych polimerów oraz modyfikowanych kopolimerów, 2,0 - 4,0 cz. wag. chlorku wapnia, 3,0 cz. wag. (w stosunku do ilości wody zarobowej) chlorku potasu, 0,3 - 0,7 cz. wag. perlitu filtracyjnego, 0,2 - 0,4 cz. wag. mieszaniny związków chemicznych i środków mineralnych w postaci tlenku glinu, od 10 - 20 cz. wag. wodnej dyspersji kopolimeru butadienowo-styrenowo-amidowego z dodatkiem środków modyfikujących, a także 1 - 2 cz. wag. roztworu wodnej mieszaniny etoksylowanych alkoholi nienasyconych, i 10 - 25 cz. wag. mielonego cementu portlandzkiego.The subject of the application is a composition of non-fractionating cement paste based on drilling cement, which is characterized in that it contains 100 parts. wt. drilling cement G, 0.3 - 0.5 part wt. ethoxylation and propoxylation of saturated fatty alcohol, 0.05-0.25 part wt. modified polynaphthalene sulfonates, 0.2 - 0.4 part wt. mixtures of organic polymers and modified copolymers, 2.0 - 4.0 parts wt. calcium chloride, 3.0 parts wt. (in relation to the amount of mixing water) potassium chloride, 0.3 - 0.7 part wt. filter perlite, 0.2 - 0.4 part wt. mixtures of chemical compounds and mineral substances in the form of alumina, from 10 - 20 parts wt. aqueous dispersion of styrene-butadiene-amide copolymer with the addition of modifying agents, as well as 1-2 parts wt. an aqueous solution of a mixture of ethoxylated unsaturated alcohols, and 10-25 wt. ground Portland cement.
