Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urządzenie do uwęglania materiału wsadowego w postaci materiału biomasowego lub mieszanki materiału biomasowego z węglem kamiennym i/lub brunatnym dla otrzymywania produktu stałego o wysokim stopniu uwęglenia. The method consists in introducing the crushed feed material into the hopper (26) of the inclined carbonization reactor (2), from where it is taken to the internal chamber (14), where, with continuous mixing by means of at least two counter-rotating mixers, it is moved in an inclined direction in down along the chamber (14), in which, without access to oxygen, at a temperature of 300 to 1200°C, carbonization is carried out, with the release of gaseous products lifted by gravity to the upper part of the chamber (14), where they are subjected to the combustion process as a result of mixing with air supplied in zones through air nozzles (18) installed in the ceiling (17) of the chamber (14), the air is taken from the air boxes (19) built above the ceiling (17) and introduced into the chamber (14) at an angle (α ) to the surface of the ceiling (17), opposite to the direction of movement of the charge material being carbonized. The flue gases generated in the combustion process are directed along the ceiling (17), then they are sucked into the injector (3) and then discharged into the environment, while the carbonized substrates, after being moved through the entire length of the chamber (14), are discharged in the form of carbonized products through the outlet channel (27) outside the carbonization reactor (2). If the input material originally has a moisture content of > 25%, it is pre-dried in the dryer (1) before it is introduced into the coalification reactor (2).
