Abstract

Kiedy powtórnie wykorzystuje się materiały zebrane z zużytych suchych baterii, wytwarza się mieszaninę materiału dodatniej elektrody zdolną do jednorodnego zmieszania, a zatem dostarcza się elektrodę dodatnią po niskich kosztach. Sposób wytwarzania dodatniej elektrody do suchej baterii manganowej obejmuje: pierwszy etap wytwarzania mieszaniny materiału elektrody dodatniej poprzez mieszanie: zmieszanej kompozycji obejmującej pierwszy dwutlenek manganu odzyskany z zużytej suchej baterii manganowej i/lub zużytej suchej baterii alkalicznej i pierwszy odzyskany materiał węglowy razem z pierwszym dwutlenkiem manganu; nieużywany drugi materiał węglowy; i elektrolit; i drugi etap odlewania mieszaniny materiału elektrody dodatniej. Tutaj, zawartość Rsc drugiego materiału węglowego wynosi 1% wagowy lub więcej, przy założeniu, że ilość zmieszanej kompozycji wynosi 100% wagowych.
