Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania podłoża hodowlanego (5), z biokompatybilnego materiału, do perfuzyjnych hodowli komórkowych o trójwymiarowej geometrii, w którym materiał podłoża hodowlanego (5) zestala się dookoła matrycy (13), którą następnie usuwa się uzyskując służący do dostarczania pożywki drożny kanał (6) lub zestaw kanałów (6) o wcześniej zaprojektowanej strukturze trójwymiarowej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też urządzenie do perfuzyjnych hodowli komórkowych o trójwymiarowej geometrii zawierające stelaż, system zasilania odżywką oraz podłoże hodowlane, w którym stosuje się podłoże hodowlane wytworzone tym sposobem. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób prowadzenia hodowli komórkowych z zastosowaniem urządzenia oraz zestaw zawierający elementy urządzenia oraz składniki potrzebne do wytworzenia podłoża hodowlanego (5).
