Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania podłoża hodowlanego (5), z biokompatybilnego materiału, do perfuzyjnych hodowli komórkowych o trójwymiarowej geometrii, w którym materiał podłoża hodowlanego (5) zestala się dookoła matrycy (13), którą następnie usuwa się uzyskując służący do dostarczania pożywki drożny kanał (6) lub zestaw kanałów (6) o wcześniej zaprojektowanej strukturze trójwymiarowej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też urządzenie do perfuzyjnych hodowli komórkowych o trójwymiarowej geometrii zawierające stelaż, system zasilania odżywką oraz podłoże hodowlane, w którym stosuje się podłoże hodowlane wytworzone tym sposobem. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób prowadzenia hodowli komórkowych z zastosowaniem urządzenia oraz zestaw zawierający elementy urządzenia oraz składniki potrzebne do wytworzenia podłoża hodowlanego (5).The subject of the application is a method of producing the culture medium (5), from a biocompatible material, for perfusion cell cultures with three-dimensional geometry, in which the culture medium material (5) solidifies around the matrix (13), which is then removed to obtain a viable pathway (6) or a set of channels (6) with a pre-designed three-dimensional structure. The subject of the application is also a device for perfusion cell cultures with three-dimensional geometry comprising a rack, a nutrient supply system and a culture medium in which the culture medium produced in this way is used. The application also contains a method of conducting cell culture with the use of a device and a kit containing device components and components needed to produce a culture medium (5).
