Wyrób cukierniczy, wytwarzany w typowych piecach piekarniczych, zawiera 20 - 35% mąki, 10 - 15% margaryny, 5 - 15% palatynozy, 5 - 10% jajek, 1 - 4% syropu glukozowego, 1,5 - 2,5% wody oraz nieznaczne ilości soli, sody, amoniaku, a nadzienie stanowiące 25 - 35% wagi ciastka składa się z mączki orzechowej z orzechów arachidowych oraz oleju rzepakowego w ilości 10 - 20% wagi mączki orzechowej.Confectionery, made in typical bakery ovens, contains 20 - 35% flour, 10 - 15% margarine, 5 - 15% palatinose, 5 - 10% eggs, 1 - 4% glucose syrup, 1.5 - 2.5% water and small amounts of salt, soda, ammonia, and the filling constituting 25 - 35% of the weight of the cookie consists of peanut flour and rapeseed oil in an amount of 10 - 20% of the weight of nut flour.
