Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest czujnik i sposób wytwarzania czujnika do detekcji obecności powietrza, wody i/lub piany w medium zewnętrznym czujnika. Czujnik składa się z części interfejsu świetlnego zawierającej pierwszą i drugą ściankę, przy czym wgłębienie jest umieszczone pomiędzy pierwszą oraz drugą ścianką i przy czym pierwsza ścianka jest skonfigurowana tak, aby co najmniej część światła była całkowicie odbijana przy pierwszej ściance, jeśli medium zewnętrznym czujnika jest woda i co najmniej część światła jest łączona, jeśli medium zewnętrznym czujnika jest powietrze, a część światła jest łączona i dodatkowa część światła jest całkowicie odbijana przez pierwszą ściankę, jeśli medium zewnętrzne czujnika zawiera pianę. Światło, które jest odbijane przez pierwszą ściankę jest kierowane w stronę drugiej ścianki, a odbijane przy drugiej ściance ma być skierowane do elementu odbierającego światło. Sposób montażu czujnika może obejmować wprowadzanie wspornika włókna światłowodowego zawierającego pierwsze (20) i drugie włókno światłowodowe (30) umieszczone na nim w obudowie czujnika tak, aby włókna światłowodowe przylegały do wgłębienia utworzonego pomiędzy pierwszą i drugą ścianką i wprowadzanie płytki obwodu drukowanego, zawierającej urządzenie emitujące światło i urządzenie odbierające światło na niej tak, aby urządzenie emitujące światło emitowało światło w kierunku pierwszego włókna światłowodowego (20), a urządzenie odbierające światło odbierało światło z drugiego włókna światłowodowego (30).
