Abstract

Instalacja wychwytu rtęci z gazów powstających podczas energetycznego spalania węgla, stanowi układ połączeń rurowych z sorbentem rtęci, korzystnie w postaci wielowarstwowego kompozytu, składającego się z rdzenia nośnego z metalu lub stopu na bazie metali przejściowych, na którym są dwustronnie osadzone następujące warstwy: warstwa izolująca z azotku metalu przejściowego oraz zewnętrznie usytuowana warstwa sorbująca, wykonana z mieszaniny siarczków i azotków metali przejściowych. Część dolotowa (A) z elementem kolanowym jest połączona za pośrednictwem wentylatora (B) z kanałem roboczym (C), który jest wyposażony w dwa łączniki, dyfuzor na wlocie i konfuzor na wylocie oraz w zasuwę, przy czym kanał roboczy (C) zawiera część załadowczo - wyładowczą (D) z mechanizmami załadowczym i wyładowczym, pomiędzy którymi jest usytuowany kanał wychwytu.
