Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania mobilnych magnetycznych adsorbentów kompozytowych polega na tym, że wypełniacz magnetyczny impregnuje się prekursorem węglowym lub prekursorem polimerowym. Otrzymany impregnat poddaje się dalszej obróbce z wykorzystaniem procesów fizycznych i/lub chemicznych. Jako prekursor węglowy stosuje się węglowodory, korzystnie sacharozę, glukozę, poli(tereftalan etylenu), kserożel rezorcynowo-fururalowy. Jako prekursor polimerowy stosuje się materiał polimerowy, korzystnie styren, diwinylobenzen, kwas 2,4-dihydroksybenzoesowy, formaldehyd, rezorcynę, furfural, 2-tiofenokarboaldehyd. Impregnat poddaje się procesom obejmującym karbonizację z następczą aktywacją, jednoczesną karbonizację i aktywację, polimeryzację. Do aktywacji materiału stosuje się trawiące czynniki aktywujące, korzystnie wodorotlenek potasu, dwutlenek węgla oraz parę wodną, lub higroskopijne czynniki aktywujące, korzystnie chlorek cynku oraz kwas fosforowy (V). Wytworzony materiał poddaje się powierzchniowemu sulfonowaniu mieszaniną kwasu siarkowego (VI) i bezwodnika octowego. Sposób pozwala na otrzymanie mobilnych magnetycznych adsorbentów kompozytowych o dużej odporności korozyjnej. Odpowiednio zaprojektowany materiał, w zależności od drogi syntezy, może być wykorzystany do adsorpcji związków organicznych, jak i jonów metali ciężkich z roztworów wodnych, a jego właściwości magnetyczne pozwalają na łatwą separację ze środowiska, w którym proces został przeprowadzony.
