Abstract

Turbina zawiera dyfuzor (1) w postaci bryły obrotowej, której ścianka ma w przekroju osiowym kształt wklęsło - wypukłego profilu lotniczego oraz wirnik (2) z łopatkami (7), wirującymi w płaszczyźnie gardzieli dyfuzora (1) i dolnymi końcami połączonymi z piastą (3). Dolne końce łopatek (7) odsunięte są od powierzchni piasty (3) o wymiar szczeliny dolnej (z2), wyznaczonej przez wysokość łączników (8) zamocowanych do dolnych końców łopatek (7) i do piasty (3), przy czym wymiary szczeliny górnej (z1) między górnymi końcami łopatek (7) a powierzchnią gardzieli oraz szczeliny dolnej (z2) mają wymiary w zakresie od 0,5 do 15% promienia gardzieli, korzystnie od 3 do 8%. Szczelinę górną (z1) wyznacza wysokość łączników (8) zamocowanych do górnych końców łopatek (7) i do obrotowego pierścienia (9), który wiruje w obwodowej wnęce dyfuzora (1), a którego powierzchnia wewnętrzna ma kształt gardzieli. Ponadto stosunki wymiarów szczelin górnych (z1) i dolnych (z2) do odpowiadających im na końcach łopatki (7) długości cięciw profili mają wartości w zakresie od 0,20 do 2,5, korzystnie między 0,6 i 1,2.
