Abstract

Wynalazek należy do dziedziny termicznego przekształcania odpadowych tłuszczów roślinnych i zwierzęcych na ciekłe produkty paliwowe. Proces technologiczny polega na ogrzewaniu tłuszczów z dodatkiem katalizatorów w przystosowanym reaktorze i oddestylowaniu produktów, które następnie ulegają kondensacji w zewnętrznej chłodnicy. Proces reaktorowy poprzedzony jest oczyszczaniem tłuszczów z zanieczyszczeń mechanicznych i wody oraz białek, o ile są one istotnym składnikiem odpadu. Katalizatory są odzyskiwane w procesie i podlegają regeneracji. Jedynymi produktami ubocznymi są dwutlenek węgla oraz nieduże ilości niskowrzących węglowodorów, które także można wykorzystać jako dodatki paliwowe.
