Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania materiału elektrolitowego do ogniw paliwowych typu IT-SOFT polega na przygotowaniu proszku tlenku cyrkonu stabilizowanego tlenkiem itru 3-YSZ na drodze współstrącenia i obróbki hydrotermalnej. Proszek wprowadza się do roztworu azotanu (V) glinu, a uzyskaną zawiesinę wygrzewa się w temperaturze 500 - 700°C. Następnie zawiesinę poddaje się prasowaniu izostatycznemu pod ciśnieniem 200 - 300 MPa uzyskując wypraskę, którą z kolei poddaje się spiekaniu w powietrzu w temperaturze 1450 - 1550°C przez okres 1 - 3 godzin.
