Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania elementu z tworzywa sztucznego ze zintegrowaną etykietą i z ukształtowanymi na zewnętrznej powierzchni soczewkami lentikularnymi w procesie formowania wtryskowego, w którym to sposobie etykietę zawierającą warstwę farby tworzącej nadruk w postaci obrazu lentikularnego umieszcza się w formie wtryskowej, w której ukształtowane jest odwzorowanie odwrotne soczewek lentikularnych kompatybilnych z obrazem lentikularnym nadruku etykiety, po czym do formy wtryskuje się przezroczyste tworzywo sztuczne. Przygotowuje się etykietę w ten sposób, że na podłoże (111) w postaci pierwszej folii z tworzywa sztucznego nakłada się warstwę farby (112) tworzącej nadruk w postaci obrazu lentikularnego, po czym zadrukowane podłoże (111) laminuje się od strony warstwy farby (112) drugą folią (113), przy czym co najmniej jedna z folii (111, 113) jest przezroczysta, po czym tak przygotowaną etykietę umieszcza się w formie wtryskowej tak, że pomiędzy warstwą farby (112) a odwzorowaniem odwrotnym soczewek lentikularnych w formie znajduje się przezroczysta folia (111, 113).A method of producing a plastic element with an integrated label and lenticular lenses formed on the outer surface in an injection molding process, in which method a label comprising a layer of paint forming a print in the form of a lenticular image is placed in an injection mold in which the reverse projection of lenticular compatible lenses is shaped with a lenticular image of the label print, after which transparent plastic is injected into the mold.
