Suche, dietetyczne koncentraty deserów instant charakteryzują się tym, że zawierają: 1 - 12% wag. kiełków nasion soi lub łubinu o podwyższonej zawartości ferrytyny, w proszku. Sposób polega na tym, że sporządzenie mieszanki suchego koncentratu, poprzedzone jest nawilżeniową aglomeracją w złożu fluidalnym kompozycji ferrytyny ze składnikami węglowodanowymi.
