In the next phase, after cutting the product into slices with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 3 mm, the fish is seasoned with a previously prepared vegetable and herbal mixture and packed in an airtight container, followed by a freezing phase at -18 ° C to -10 ° C for a period of about 2 months.
