Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie igły bezpiecznej, do instrumentu medycznego, dla wkłucia igły w ciało pacjenta na określoną głębokość wkłucia w celu wstrzyknięcia kompozycji kosmetycznej i/lub farmaceutycznej lub pobrania próbki tkanki, zwłaszcza próbki płynu ustrojowego. Urządzenie igły bezpiecznej, w dwóch wariantach ze stałą głębokością wkłucia i z nastawą głębokości wkłucia, zawiera korpus (2), igłę (11), osłonkę zabezpieczającą (4), środki sprężyste wzdłużne (6), środki sprężyste poprzeczne (12), oprawę (3) i jest wyposażone w zaprojektowane do wzajemnej współpracy ze sobą różne środki techniczne do realizacji różnych funkcji urządzenia. Urządzenie igły bezpiecznej umożliwia sprawdzenie stanu użycia urządzenia, jest urządzeniem jednorazowego użytku oraz zapewnia użytkownikowi ochronę przed przypadkowym lub celowym ukłuciem igłą przed i po właściwym użyciu urządzenia zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem.
