Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe, ciekłe połączenia miedzi(II) z perfluoroalkilokarboksylanem i etyloaminą o ogólnym wzorze [Cu2(EtNH2)2(µ-O2CR)4], gdzie przez R oznaczono grupy trifluorometylową, nonafluorobutylową, undekafluoropentylową, tridekafluoroheksylową, oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Związki te mają zastosowanie jako źródło lotnych nośników metalu w metodzie osadzania par chemicznych oraz jako prekursory w metodzie powlekania obrotowego dla otrzymywania cienkich warstw metalu lub złożonych materiałów kompozytowych, które są wykorzystywane w mikroelektronice, optoelektronice i katalizie. Sposób wytwarzania nowych połączeń miedzi(II) z perfluoroalkilokarboksylanem i etyloaminą o ogólnym wzorze [Cu2(EtNH2)2(µ-O2CR)4], gdzie przez R oznaczono grupy trifluorometylową, nonafluorobutylową, undekafluoropentylową, tridekafluoroheksylową, polega na tym, że karboksylan miedzi(II) poddaje się reakcji z etyloizocyjanianem w środowisku rozpuszczalnika organicznego, w temperaturze pokojowej, w atmosferze powietrza. Przy czym etyloizocyjanian ulega w tych warunkach reakcji z wodą obecną w powietrzu i generuje in situ aminę, która umożliwia powstanie związku koordynacyjnego tetrakis(µ-perfluoroalkilokarboksylano)-bis(etyloamino)miedzi(II) o wzorze ogólnym [Cu2(EtNH2)2(µ-O2CR)4], gdzie przez R oznaczono grupy trifluorometylową, nonafluorobutylową, undekafluoropentylową, tridekafluoroheksylową, zaś uzyskany produkt reakcji zatęża się i oddziela się w znany sposób.The subject of the invention is new, liquid combinations of copper (II) with perfluoroalkylcarboxylate and ethylamine of the general formula [Cu2 (EtNH2) 2 (µ-O2CR) 4], where R is designated trifluoromethyl, nonafluorobutyl, undecafluoropentyl, tridefluorohexyl and their method. These compounds are used as a source of volatile metal carriers in the method of chemical vapor deposition and as precursors in the rotary coating method for obtaining thin metal layers or composite composite materials that are used in microelectronics, optoelectronics and catalysis. The method of producing new copper (II) connections with perfluoroalkylcarboxylate and ethylamine of the general formula [Cu2 (EtNH2) 2 (µ-O2CR) 4], where R is trifluoromethyl, nonafluorobutyl, undecafluoropentyl, tridefluorohexyl, copper (carboxylate) II) is reacted with ethylisocyanate in an organic solvent medium, at room temperature, in an atmosphere of air. Under these conditions, the ethylisocyanate reacts with water present in the air and generates an amine in situ, which allows the formation of the tetrakis (µ-perfluoroalkylcarboxylate) -bis (ethylamino) copper (II) coordination compound with the general formula [Cu2 (EtNH2) 2 (µ -O2CR) 4], where R is designated trifluoromethyl, nonafluorobutyl, undecafluoropentyl, tridefluorohexyl, and the resulting reaction product is concentrated and separated in known manner.
