Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania drutów, w tym mikrodrutów, ze stopów Cu-Ag, zwłaszcza ze stopów Cu-(3÷7,9)%wag. Ag, polega na tym, że materiały w postaci miedzi i srebra o wysokiej czystości chemicznej poddawane są procesowi topienia w temperaturze 1083÷1300°C w tyglu grafitowym umieszczonym w piecu, a następnie procesowi odlewania ciągłego w temperaturze 1083÷1300°C, w atmosferze gazu obojętnego przy zastosowaniu krystalizatora grafitowego, w warunkach chłodzenia pierwotnego (chłodzenie krystalizatora) oraz wtórnego (zakrzepniętego stopu po wyjściu z krystalizatora). Tak otrzymany odlew poddany jest obróbce cieplno-mechanicznej. Method of producing wires, including microducts, from Cu-Ag alloys, especially from Cu- alloys (3 ÷ 7.9) wt. Ag, consists in the fact that materials in the form of copper and silver with high chemical purity are subjected to the melting process at a temperature of 1083 ÷ 1300 ° C in a graphite crucible placed in the furnace, followed by a continuous casting process at a temperature of 1083 ÷ 1300 ° C, in the atmosphere inert gas using a graphite crystallizer under primary cooling (cooling of the crystallizer) and secondary (solidified alloy after leaving the crystallizer). The cast thus obtained is subjected to thermo-mechanical treatment.
