Abstract
Zastosowanie stopu miedzi do wytwarzania elementów urządzeń i osprzętu elektrycznego, zwłaszcza trakcji elektrycznej, zawierającego miedź i cynk przez odlewanie ciągłe i następną obróbkę mechaniczną charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 30 - 39% wagowych cynku, od 0,5 - 3,5% wagowych niklu, od 0,1 - 1,2% wagowych krzemu i od 55,8 - 69,4% wagowych miedzi oraz do 0,5% zanieczyszczeń innymi pierwiastkami. Sposób wytwarzania elementów urządzeń i osprzętu elektrycznego, zwłaszcza trakcji elektrycznej, ze stopu na bazie mosiądzu (CuZn) charakteryzuje się tym, że proces topienia i krystalizacji/odlewania prowadzony jest w temperaturze od 950° do 1400°C, po czym elementy w postaci wlewków lub prętów są poddawane procesom obróbki cieplnej, procesom obróbki ubytkowej i/lub przeróbki plastycznej. W zakresie procesu obróbki cieplnej wytworzone wlewki lub pręty poddaje się procesom przesycania i starzenia z wydzieleniem fazy umacniającej Ni - Si.The use of copper alloy for the production of electrical equipment and devices, especially electric traction, containing copper and zinc by continuous casting and subsequent mechanical treatment is characterized by containing 30 - 39% by weight of zinc, from 0.5 - 3.5% by weight nickel, from 0.1 - 1.2% by weight of silicon and from 55.8 - 69.4% by weight of copper and up to 0.5% of impurities with other elements. The method of producing elements of electrical equipment and devices, especially electric traction, from a brass-based alloy (CuZn) is characterized by the fact that the melting and crystallization / casting process is carried out at a temperature from 950 ° to 1400 ° C, followed by elements in the form of ingots or bars are subjected to heat treatment processes, cavity treatment processes and / or plastic working. Within the scope of the heat treatment process, the ingots or rods produced are subjected to supersaturation and aging processes with the separation of the Ni - Si strengthening phase.
