Abstract
Bei dem Verfahren werden aushärtbare Aluminiumlegierungen verwendet, die geschmolzen und in eine Druckgussform (4) eingebracht werden. Um die Gussteile in kostengünstiger Weise mit geringem Zeitaufwand herstellen zu können, besteht die Druckgussform (4) aus einem Material, das eine solche Wärmeleitfähigkeit hat, dass die Legierungsschmelze in der Druckgussform (4) mit einer Abkühlgeschwindigkeit von etwa ≥ 5x102 K/s abgekühlt wird. Durch diese hohe Abschreckgeschwindigkeit wird ein übersättigter Mischkristall gebildet, der keiner zusätzlichen Wärmebehandlung mehr bedarf. Auf diese Weise wird eine hochfeste aushärtbare Aluminiumlegierung gebildet, die sich hervorragend zur Herstellung von Gussteilen für elektrische Anwendungen eignet.
