Abstract
Kompozyt składa się z 50-95% masowych regularnego azotku boru cBN o rozmiarach ziaren od 0,1 do 20 µm oraz z 5-50% masowych fazy wiążącej zawierającej przynajmniej jeden związek z każdej z następujących grup: a) TiC, TiCN; b) SiC, TiB2 c) WC, WB, Wsi2. Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu polega na reakcyjnym spiekaniu wysokociśnieniowym proszku regularnego azotku boru z proszkiem wielofazowym z układu Ti-Si-C, otrzymanym w jednym procesie samorozwijającej się syntezy wysokotemperaturowej SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis), o składzie wyrażonym w procentach masowych, zawierającym się w następujących przedziałach: 40-80% Ti3SiC2, 20-50% TiSi2, 5-20% SiC, 5-20% TiC, oraz z dodatkiem 0,1-20% masowych fazy WC.
