Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy plazmidu pomocniczego do mobilizacji, który obejmuje część mobilizującą systemu koniugacyjnego plazmidu pCTX-M3 (geny regionów tra i trb) oraz szczepu bakteryjnego do wydajnej mobilizacji plazmidów o szerokim spektrum gospodarzy zawierającego wintegrowaną w chromosom bakteryjny część mobilizującą systemu koniugacyjnego (geny regionów tra i trb). Wynalazek dotyczy również systemów do wydajnej mobilizacji plazmidów o szerokim spektrum gospodarzy obejmujących ten plazmid albo szczep bakteryjny oraz plazmid mobilizowany zawierający oriT o sekwencji nukleotydowej kompatybilnej z tym systemem.
