Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy plazmidu pomocniczego do mobilizacji, który obejmuje część mobilizującą systemu koniugacyjnego plazmidu pCTX-M3 (geny regionów tra i trb) oraz szczepu bakteryjnego do wydajnej mobilizacji plazmidów o szerokim spektrum gospodarzy zawierającego wintegrowaną w chromosom bakteryjny część mobilizującą systemu koniugacyjnego (geny regionów tra i trb). Wynalazek dotyczy również systemów do wydajnej mobilizacji plazmidów o szerokim spektrum gospodarzy obejmujących ten plazmid albo szczep bakteryjny oraz plazmid mobilizowany zawierający oriT o sekwencji nukleotydowej kompatybilnej z tym systemem.The invention relates to a mobilization helper plasmid which includes the mobilizing part of the pCTX-M3 conjugation system (tra and trb region genes) and a bacterial strain for efficient mobilization of broad host spectrum plasmids comprising the mobilizing part of the conjugation system (tra and trb region genes) integrated into the bacterial chromosome ). The invention also relates to systems for the efficient mobilization of plasmids with a broad spectrum of hosts comprising said plasmid or bacterial strain and a mobilized plasmid containing oriT having a nucleotide sequence compatible with said system.
