Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de conjugaison bactérienne entre une souche bactérienne donneuse et une souche bactérienne receveuse caractérisé en ce que la conjugaison est réalisée en milieu liquide et le plasmide de conjugaison est un plasmide intégratif apte à s’intégrer dans le génome de la souche bactérienne receveuse afin de produire des transconjugants. L’invention concerne en outre une utilisation du procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour réaliser une mutagénèse dirigée. Pas de figure
