Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób identyfikacji chemotypów lipopolisacharydowych bakterii Gram-ujemnych w oparciu o profil endotoksynowy pelnych komórek bakteryjnych uzyskany z zastosowaniem metody MALDI-TOF MS. Profil pochodzacy od lipopolisacharydów (LPS) dla preparatów mas bakteryjnych uzyskuje sie w trybie jonizacji ujemnej spektrometru MALDI-TOF z zastosowaniem DHB jako matrycy. Przedmiotowe rozwiazanie moze sluzyc do analizy próbek klinicznych, diagnozy infekcji powodowanych przez bakterie Gram-ujemne oraz miec zastosowanie jako narzedzie w terapii nakierowanej na antygen O z pomoca swoistych przeciwcial.
