Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania wzdluznych wielosciennych profili z polichlorku winylu, który polega na tym, ze przygotowuje sie co najmniej dwie mieszanki surowcowe zawierajace sproszkowany polichlorek winylu w ilosci 82% wagowo, stabilizator w ilosci 3% wagowo, krede w ilosci 7% wagowo, biel tytanowa w ilosci 3% wagowo oraz modyfikator akrylowy w ilosci 5% wagowo. Nastepnie miesza sie je w temperaturze 120°C, schladza sie do temperatury 35°C, po czym z tak przygotowanych mieszanek wytlacza sie wieloscienne profile w procesie koekstruzji. Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przygotowuje sie mieszanke podstawowa zawierajaca 82% czystego sproszkowanego polichlorku winylu, przygotowuje sie mieszanke uszlachetniona zawierajaca 82% czystego sproszkowanego polichlorku winylu zmieszanego z uszlachetnionym sproszkowanym polichlorkiem winylu w proporcjach 1:10, przy czym uszlachetniony sproszkowany polichlorek winylu przygotowuje sie w ten sposób, ze do czystego sproszkowanego polichlorku winylu implantuje sie nanoczastki srebra w ten sposób, ze sproszkowany polichlorek winylu poddaje sie naprzemiennie operacjom powlekania koloidalnym roztworem nanoczastek srebra o rozmiarze od 50 nm do 60 nm w izopropanolu w stezeniu 1000 ppm wagowo, oraz suszenia w temperaturze ponizej 70°C az do uzyskania stezenia nanoczastek srebra w uszlachetnionym sproszkowanym polichlorku winylu na poziomie od 120 ppm do 600 ppm wagowo. Z mieszanki uszlachetnionej wytlacza sie zewnetrzna warstwe o grubosci od 0,5 mm do 1 mm co najmniej czesci scianek zewnetrznych profilu.
