Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania papieru do produkcji tektury lub tektury o wlasciwosciach biostatycznych polegajacy na tym, ze z surowca makulaturowego w ukladzie przygotowania makulatury tworzy sie zawiesine masy makulaturowej, mieli sie ja i usuwa sie z zawiesiny zanieczyszczenia oraz frakcje drobna, po czym odwadnia sie na sicie i formuje z powstalej w ten sposób masy jedno- lub wielowarstwowa wstege papieru, która poddaje sie obróbce polegajacej na wstepnym suszeniu i powierzchniowemu jej zaklejeniu oraz w koncowym etapie calkowitemu wysuszeniu charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze na wstege papieru przechodzaca przez proces suszenia nanosi sie wodna zawiesine TiO2 o stezeniu nie wiekszym niz 1%, tworzaca powloke o wlasciwosciach biobójczych. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest takze urzadzenie do wytwarzania papieru (1) do produkcji tektury skladajace sie z linii przygotowania makulatury wyposazonej w rozwlókniacz, mlyny, pompy, sortowniki oraz z maszyny papierniczej wyposazonej w cylindry suszace, sito, prasy i nawijarke.
