Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania zeolitów w reaktorze, obejmujący następujące kroki: a) wprowadzenie do reaktora wody, b) wprowadzenie do reaktora NaOH, korzystnie w formie granulek, c) wprowadzenie do reaktora popiołu lotnego, d) podgrzanie mieszaniny wody, NaOH i popiołu lotnego w reaktorze do temperatury od 60°C do 90°C, korzystnie od 75°C do 80°C, e) prowadzenie reakcji syntezy zeolitów w reaktorze przez czas od 12 do 72 godzin, korzystnie od 24 do 36 godzin, f) usunięcie produktu kroku e) z reaktora i oddzielenie materiału zeolitowego od roztworu wodnego NaOH. Rozwiązanie charakteryzuje się tym, że w kroku (e) mieszaninę reakcyjną w reaktorze (8) naprzemiennie miesza się za pomocą mieszadła (6) oraz wypompowuje się z reaktora (8) i ponownie do niego wprowadza za pomocą pompy (10). Wynalazek obejmuje także urządzenie do realizacji powyższego sposobu wytwarzania zeolitów.
