Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie panela prysznicowego . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia panel prysz- nicowy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- panel w widoku z góry, fig.3- panel w widoku z dolu, fig.4- panel w widoku z przodu, fig.5- panel w widoku z boku, fig.6- panel w widoku z tylu, fig.7- panel w widoku z drugie- go boku, fig.8- panel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.9- panel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu iz drugiego boku, fig.10- panel w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z dolu, a fig.11- panel w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z góry. Panel prysznicowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obej- mujacy korpus wzdluzny, korpus poprzeczny, prysznic reczny z wezem, dwa prysznice boczne, zawór mieszajacy, trzy prysz- nice dolne oraz pólke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus wzdluzny ma plaska sciane tylna oraz wypukla sciane przednia, na której umieszczony jest wypukly korpus poprze- czny, majacy w widoku z przodu zarys prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa lukowate, przy czym w polu wypuklej sciany przedniej korpusu poprzecznego widoczny jest zawór mieszajacy majacy ksztalt dwóch segmentów walcowych, z prostopadlym, walcowym uchwytem oraz dwa prysznice boczne umieszczone w ko- listych otworach po obu stronach zaworu mieszajacego i kazdy majacy ksztalt stozka scietego. Prysznic reczny podwieszony jest w czesci górnej korpusu wzdluznego, na uchwycie majacym, w widoku z boku zarys litery "V", a waz tego prysznica zwisa wzdluz korpusu wzdluznego i dochodzi do sciany dolnej korpusu poprzecznego. Trzy prysznice dolne, usytuowane sa w czesci dolnej korpusu wzdluznego, a kazdy umieszczony jest w kolis- tym otworze i ma ksztalt stozka scietego. Pólka ma ksztalt wycinka pasa kolistego i jest umieszczona ponad korpusem po- przecznym. Ponadto w polu sciany tylnej korpusu wzdluznego widoczne jest owalne wybranie, a w polu tego wybrania dwa ko- liste elementy polaczone prostokatna plytka. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the shower panel. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the shower panel in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the front, fig. 2 - the panel in a top view, fig. 3 - the panel in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the panel in a front view, fig. 5 - the panel in a side view, fig. 6 - the panel in a back view, fig. 7 - the panel in a view from the other side, fig. 8 - the panel in a perspective view from the front and from the side, fig. 9 - the panel in a perspective view from the front and from the other side, fig. 10 - the panel in a perspective view from the back and from the bottom, and fig. 11 - the panel in a perspective view from the back and from the top. An industrial design shower panel comprising a longitudinal body, a transverse body, a hand shower with a hose, two side showers, a mixing valve, three lower showers and a shelf has the following essential features: the longitudinal body has a flat rear wall and a convex front wall on which a convex transverse body is placed, having a rectangular outline in a front view, the shorter sides of which are arcuate, and in the area of the convex front wall of the transverse body there is visible a mixing valve in the shape of two cylindrical segments with a perpendicular cylindrical handle and two side showers placed in circular openings on both sides of the mixing valve and each having the shape of a truncated cone. A hand shower is suspended from the upper part of the longitudinal body on a bracket that, in side view, has the outline of the letter "V," and the shower hose hangs along the longitudinal body and reaches the lower wall of the transverse body. Three lower showers are located in the lower part of the longitudinal body, each placed in a circular opening and in the shape of a truncated cone. The shelf is shaped like a segment of a circular strip and is placed above the transverse body. Furthermore, an oval recess is visible in the area of the rear wall of the longitudinal body, and within this recess, two circular elements connected by a rectangular plate.
