Abstract

Sposób uzyskiwania preparatów bakteriofagowych zawierających śladową zawartość endotoksyn, znamienny tym, że znaną metodą uzyskuje się lizat bakteriofagowy, otrzymany lizat inkubuje się w środowisku o pH 4-10, przy czym w trakcie inkubacji endotoksyny zawarte w lizacie bakteriofagowym ulegają rozkładowi.
