Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy pneumatycznego układu urządzenia do ceramicznego napawania uszkodzonego ogniotrwałego obmurza (wyłożenia) pieców bez studzenia tych pieców. Komorowa i pompa (1) połączona jest za pośrednictwem przełącznika (20) ze źródłem sprężonego powietrza i zapewnia równomierne i regulowane podawanie zawartej w nim proszkowej mieszanki ogniotrwałej masy lejnej do wejścia ogniotrwałej dyszy (2) w celu zmieszania tej mieszanki z tlenem w określonej proporcji oraz doprowadzenia jej do lokalnego obszaru naprawy. Wynalazek umożliwia zapewnienie niezawodnej i stabilnej długookresowej pracy urządzenia w warunkach wielokrotnych cykli włączania/wyłączania źródła sprężonego powietrza w celu transportowania proszkowej mieszanki i ogniotrwałej masy lejnej. W tym celu przełącznik (20) połączony jest z filtrem (18) zwalniania ciśnienia powietrza z jamy komorowej pompy i ma postać czterootworowego, dwupozycyjnego pneumatycznego zaworu rozdzielczego. Wybrana liczba wejść i wyjść pneumatycznego zaworu rozdzielczego automatycznie zapewnia wstępne zwolnienie ciśnienia z komorowej pompy do atmosfery w trakcie przełączania, zapobiegając zatykaniu otworów przez mieszankę ogniotrwałą transportowaną z komorowej pompy (1) poprzez aerator (5) oraz stabilizator ciśnienia (6) i napowietrzającego powietrza.The invention concerns a pneumatic system of a device for ceramic surfacing of damaged refractory masonry (lining) of furnaces without cooling these furnaces. The chamber and pump (1) are connected via a switch (20) to the compressed air source and ensure uniform and regulated feeding of the powdered mixture of refractory cast mass contained therein to the inlet of the refractory nozzle (2) in order to mix this mixture with oxygen in a specific proportion and bringing it to the local repair area. The invention makes it possible to ensure reliable and stable long-term operation of the device under conditions of repeated cycles of turning on/off the compressed air source in order to transport the powder mixture and refractory cast mass. For this purpose, the switch (20) is connected to the filter (18) for releasing air pressure from the pump chamber cavity and has the form of a four-hole, two-position pneumatic distribution valve. A selected number of inputs and outputs of the pneumatic diverter valve automatically ensure the initial release of pressure from the chamber pump to the atmosphere during switching, preventing the refractory mixture transported from the chamber pump (1) through the aerator (5) and the pressure stabilizer (6) and aeration air from clogging the holes.
