Abstract
The device is intended for ceramic surfacing of damaged refractory masonry (lining) of furnaces without cooling. It consists of a chamber pump (1) connected by means of a switch (20) to the input of a refractory tuyere (2). The invention makes it possible to ensure the reliable and stable long-term operation of the device under conditions of repetitive switchings. For this purpose, the switch (20) is associated with a pressure relieve filter (18) from the chamber pump (1) cavity and is embodied in the form of a four-port on/off pneumatic distribution valve. The selected number of inputs and outputs of the pneumatic distribution valve automatically ensures a pressure pre-relief from the chamber pump into atmosphere during the switchings, thereby preventing the clogging of the holes by the refractory mixture transported from the chamber pump (1) through an aerator (5) and an aerating air pressure stabilizer (6).
