Podstawa stolu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 31.01.2000 r . Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest podstawa stolu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac podstawy stolu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia podstawe stolu w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - podstawe stolu w widoku z lewej strony, fig 3 - podstawe stolu w widoku z prawej strony, a fig 4 - podstawe stolu w widoku od tylu.Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest podstawa stolu w postaci przestrzennej konstrukcji, zlozonej z pretów o przekroju kwadratowym trwale ze soba polaczonych. Cztery pionowe prety skrecone srubowo wokól swej osi podluznej, rozstawione tak, ze tworza szkielet prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, posiadaja w dolnej swej czesci okragle podstawki do oparcia na podlozu, a w czesci górnej okragle podstawki do oparcia blatu stolu. Pionowe prety polaczone sa ze soba w czesci dolnej poziomymi pretami prostymi, zas w czesci górnej z pretami poziomymi za pomoca ukosnie bieg- nacych pretów wygietych lukowo ku dolowi. Dodatkowo dluzsze z poziomych pretów prostych polaczone sa miedzy soba dwoma równoleglymi pretami prostymi, na któ- rych opiera sie kompozycja zlozona z zeszytów nutowych róznej wielkosci, jednako- wo oprawnych w kolorze kontrastujacym z cieniowana strona tytulowa. Stos zeszytów nutowych zwienczony jest lezacymi na ukos skrzypcami w kolorach kontrastujacych ze soba. Przylegajacy do stosu zestaw stojacych zeszytów nutowych zwienczony jest jednym lezacym, otwartym zeszytem z widocznym zapisem nutowym, zas uniesiona ukosnie jego czesc wyposazona jest u góry w podstawki do oparcia blatu stolu. The subject of the ornamental design is a table base. The essence of the design is a new form of the table base, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the table base from the front, Fig. 2 - the table base from the left side, Fig. 3 - the table base from the right side, and Fig. 4 - the table base from the back view. The subject of the ornamental design is a table base in the form of a three-dimensional structure, composed of permanently interconnected square bars. Four vertical rods, screwed together around their longitudinal axis and spaced apart to form the framework of a rectangular cuboid, have circular supports at their lower ends for support on the ground, and circular supports at their upper ends for support on the tabletop. The vertical rods are connected at their lower ends by straight horizontal rods, and at their upper ends by diagonally running rods bent downward in an arc. Additionally, the longer horizontal rods are connected to each other by two parallel straight rods, which support a composition composed of music books of various sizes, identically bound in a color contrasting with the shaded title page. The stack of music books is topped by a diagonally placed violin in contrasting colors. The stacked set of standing music notebooks is topped by a single, open notebook with visible sheet music.
