Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac podstawy stolu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia podstawe stolu w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - podstawe stolu w widoku z lewej strony, fig 3 - podstawe stolu w widoku z prawej strony, a fig 4 - podstawe stolu w widoku od tylu.Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest podstawa stolu w postaci przestrzennej konstrukcji, zlozonej z zeszytów nutowych róznej wielkosci, jednakowo oprawnych w kolorze kontrastujacym z cieniowana strona tytulowa. Stos zeszytów nutowych zwienczony jest lezaca na ukos harmonijka ustna w kolorach kontrastujacych ze soba. O stos zeszytów z jednej strony oparty jest ukosnie saksofon z kontrastujacym w kolo- rze ustnikiem, majacy w swej górnej czesci okragla podstawke do oparcia blatu stolu, a z drugiej strony stosu znajduje sie jednobarwna podstawka na nuty, zlozona z pio- nowego preta, majacego w swej górnej czesci okragla podstawke do oparcia blatu sto- lu, u dolu zas podluzny prostopadloscian w kontrastujacych kolorach, oraz z przymo- cowanego do preta w czesci górnej azurowego prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych narozach, z dwiema skosnymi listewkami. Przylegajacy do stosu zestaw stojacych ze- szytów nutowych zwienczony jest jednym lezacym i otwartym zeszytem z widocznym zapisem nutowym, zas uniesiona ukosnie jego czesc wyposazona jest u góry w pod- stawki do oparcia blatu stolu. Podstawa stolu wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonana w dowolnym zestawieniu ko- lorów. PL PLTable Base The design registration right is valid from January 31, 2000. The design is for a table base. The essence of the design is a new form of the table base, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the table base from the front, Fig. 2 - the table base from the left side, Fig. 3 - the table base from the right side, and Fig. 4 - the table base from the back. The design is for a table base in the form of a three-dimensional structure composed of music books of various sizes, uniformly bound in a color contrasting with the shaded title page. The stack of music books is topped by a diagonally placed harmonica in contrasting colors. A saxophone with a contrasting mouthpiece leans diagonally against a stack of notebooks on one side, its upper section supported by a round stand for supporting the tabletop. On the other side of the stack is a single-colored music stand, composed of a vertical rod with a round stand for supporting the tabletop at its upper section, and an elongated cuboid in contrasting colors at its lower section. Attached to the upper section of the rod is an open rectangle with rounded upper corners and two slanted slats. Adjacent to the stack are a set of upright music books, topped by a single lying, open notebook with visible musical notation, while its diagonally raised section is equipped with supports at the top for supporting the tabletop.
