Abstract

Sposób wprowadzania gorących spalin z przedpaleniska spalającego biomasę do kotła pyłowego z niskoemisyjnym układem spalania polega na tym, że powstające w wyniku spalania biomasy, w przedpalenisku (4) na ruszcie schodkowym (6) z rusztem dopalającym (9),gorące spaliny są kierowane poprzez przewody (7) do umieszczonych w górnej strefie leja żużlowego pod lejem żużlowym albo w strefie nadpalnikowej kotła pyłowego (1) dysz spalin (8) z prędkością wlotu do kotła pyłowego (1) 12÷25m/s i ukośnie pod katem 15°÷30° do wszystkich ścian kotła, wywołując zawirowania spalin pod jego niskoemisyjnymi palnikami (2). W przypadku kotłów z wirowymi palnikami niskoemisyjnymi (2), zabudowanymi na ścianie przedniej, spaliny ze spalonej biomasy kierowane są wprost na ścianę tylną kotła, przy czym powietrze do spalania biomasy w przedpalenisku (4) jest pobierane z otoczenia kotła pyłowego (1) i tłoczone pod i nad ruszt schodkowy (6) za pomocą oddzielnego wentylatora (18), natomiast podciśnienie niezbędne do pracy przedpaleniska (4) wytwarzane jest w komorze paleniskowej współpracującego kotła pyłowego (1) lub wspomagane strumienicą (14). Instalacja wprowadzania gorących spalin z przedpaleniska spalającego biomasę do kotła pyłowego z niskoemisyjnym układem spalania, zawiera kocioł pyłowy (1) ze strumieniowymi lub wirowymi, niskoemisyjnymi palnikami (2) i dyszami powietrza dopalającymi OFA (3) oraz przedpalenisko (4) do spalania biomasy z rusztem schodkowym (6), dopalającym (9) i przewodami spalin (7). Ponadto ma 3÷6 dysz spalin (8), które w kotle pyłowym (1) usytuowane są w strefie górnej leja żużlowego pod lejem żużlowym albo w strefie nadpalnikowej komory paleniskowej i rozmieszczone są ukośnie w stosunku do ścian kotła, pod kątem od 15°÷30° w płaszczyźnie pionowej i poziomej.The method of introducing hot exhaust gases from a biomass-burning pre-combustion furnace into a pulverized-fuel boiler with a low-emission combustion system is that the hot exhaust gases generated as a result of biomass combustion are directed through pipes in the pre-combustion chamber (4) on a stepped grate (6) with an after-combustion grate (9). In the case of boilers with low-emission centrifugal burners (2) installed on the front wall, exhaust gases from the burned biomass are directed directly to the rear wall of the boiler, and the air for combustion of biomass in the pre-furnace (4) is taken from the surroundings of the pulverized boiler (1) and pumped under and above the stepped grate (6) using a separate fan (18), while the negative pressure necessary for the operation of the pre-furnace (4) is generated in the combustion chamber of the cooperating pulverized pulverized boiler (1) or supported by a jet (14). Installation for introducing hot exhaust gases from a biomass-burning pre-furnace to a pulverized pulverized boiler with a low-emission combustion system, including a pulverized pulverized boiler (1) with jet or swirl, low-emission burners (2) and OFA afterburning air nozzles (3) and a pre-combustion combustion chamber (4) for biomass combustion with a grate stepped (6), afterburner (9) and exhaust pipes (7). In addition, it has 3÷6 exhaust gas nozzles (8), which in the coal-fired boiler (1) are located in the upper zone of the slag hopper under the slag hopper or in the zone above the burner of the combustion chamber and are arranged obliquely in relation to the boiler walls, at an angle of 15°÷ 30° in the vertical and horizontal planes.
