Znane sa sposoby kondensacji melaminy z formaldehydem na zywice melaminowa w obe¬ cnosci dodatkowych skladników regulujacych szybkosc i zwiekszajacych wydajnosc reakcji.Jako dodatkowe skladniki stosowane sa zwykle kwas mrówkowy, octan sodu, kwas szczawiowy, aldehyd octowy, kwas ftalowy, bezwodnik kwa¬ su bursztynowego, mocznik, aldehyd maslowy; aldehyd krotonowy.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymy¬ wania zywicy melaminowej polegajacy na kon¬ densacji melaminy i formaldehydu w obecnosci mieszaniny ketonów, np. okolo 30 % acetonu i 70 % metyloetyloketonu.*) Wlascicielka patentu oswiadczyla, ze wy¬ nalazcami sa Eugeniusz Lewanski i Ksawery Borodzinski w Warszawie Przyklad. Kondensuje sie 70 czesci wa¬ gowych melaminy ze 140 czesciami wagowymi formaldehydu w obecnosci 20 czesci wagowych mieszaniny ketonów o skladzie 30 °/o acetonu i 70 % metyloetyloketonu, w temperaturze 80 — 90 °C w ciagu czterech godzin. Wydajnosc reak¬ cji wynosi 100 % w stosunku do uzytego for¬ maldehydu. PL
