Zestaw oswietleniowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 3 grudnia 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw oswietleniowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wystroju wnetrz. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz ornamencie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 - fig.6, przedstawiajacym poszczególne elementy zestawu w widoku ogólnym. Uzupelniajacy materialilustracyjny stanowia fotografie, fig.7 - fig. 15, prezentujace elementy zestawu oraz ich szczególy. W sklad zestawu oswietleniowego, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, przedstawionym na rysunku oraz na fotografiach wchodzi kinkiet, zwis, zyrandole oraz lampa stojaca. Wszystkie elementy zestawu sa wynikiem pracy rekodzielniczej, wykonane z metalu poddanego obróbce plastycznej metoda kucia. Kinkiet, przedstawiony na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig. 7 posiada wspornik. Wspornik z jednej strony jest zakonczony puszka, zas po przeciwnej stronie jest polaczony z ozdobnym elementem w formie wygietej w ksztalcie stylizowanej spirali Archimedesa listwy. Koncówki listwy sa splaszczone. Koncówka listwy widoczna od czola jest poszerzona. U góry ozdobnego elementu znajduje sie miseczka pod oprawke oswietleniowa Na miseczce jest osadzony klosz. Na rysunku, fig.2 i fotografii, fig.8 - zostal zaprezentowany zwis. Zwis stanowi pionowy pret zakonczony od góry kulka, polaczona z lancuchem. Lancuch zas jest polaczony z puszka. Po przeciwnej stronie pionowego preta znajduje sie miseczka pod oprawke oswietleniowa, do której jest przymocowany klosz. Pomiedzy kulka a miseczka, po obu stronach pionowego preta sa rozmieszczone elementy ozdobne. Elementy te maja forme ozdobnych listew wygietych w ksztalcie stylizowanych sprali Archimedesa. Pod nimi znajduje sie petla, której ramiona rozmieszczone symetrycznie sa zagiete i skierowane do dolu. Rysunek, fig.3 i fotografia, fig.9 - prezentuja zyrandol. Zyrandol ten jest dwuramienny. U góry zyrandol jest wyposazony w puszke laczaca sie z lancuchem, ten zas pionowym pretem, który u góry i u dolu jest zakonczony ozdobna kulka. Poprzecznie do pionowego preta jest przymocowana belka. Konce belki sa splaszczone, wygietew forme spirali i skierowane ku górze. Po obu stronach belki, do wypuklej czesci jej koncówek sa przymocowane ozdobne elementy. Elementy te sa uksztaltowane w formie stylizowanej spirali Archimedesa a ich dolne konce sa splaszczone i poszerzone w widoku od czola. U góry ozdobnych elementów sa zainstalowane miseczki pod oprawki oswietleniowe. Na miseczkach sa umieszczone klosze. Pomiedzy pionem a poprzeczna listwa zyrandol posiada zdobienia. Zdobienia te stanowia lukowo wygiete elementy, przymocowane do pionowego preta i poprzecznej belki. Koncówki elementów sa zagiete i skierowane ku srodkowi. Na rysunku, fig.4 i na fotografii, fig. 10 oraz fig. 11 - zostal przedstawiony zyrandol. Zyrandol ten jest trójramienny. U góry zyrandol jest wyposazony w puszke laczaca sie z lancuchem, ten zas z pionowym pretem, który u góry jest zakonczony dwoma skierowanymi ku sobie miseczkami, zas u dolu kulka. Poprzecznie do pionu sa przymocowane belki, rozmieszczone promieniscie. Konce belek sa splaszczone i wygiete w forme spirali. Do wypuklych czesci koncówek belek sa przymocowane ozdobne elementy. Elementy te maja forme stylizowanych spirali Archimedesa. Ich dolne konce sa splaszczone. U góry ozdobnych elementów sa zainstalowane miseczki pod oprawki oswietleniowe. Na miseczkach tych sa umieszczone klosze. Pomiedzy pionowym pretem a poprzecznymi belkami zyrandola znajduja sie elementy ozdobne. Maja one forme lukowo wygietych obustronnie petli o zagietych koncówkach skierowanych ku srodkowi, przy czym jedna czescia sa polaczone z belka, zas druga z pionowym pretem. Rysunek, fig.5 i fotografia, fig. 12 oraz fig. 13 - prezentuja zyrandol, wchodzacy w sklad zestawu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym. Zyrandol ten jest czteroramienny. U góry zyrandol jest wyposazony w puszke laczaca sie z lancuchem, lancuch zas jestpolaczony z pionowym pretem, który u góry i u dolu jest zakonczony kulka. Poprzecznie do pionu sa przymocowane belki, których konce sa splaszczone i wygiete w forme spirali. Do wypuklej czesci koncówek belek sa przymocowane ozdobne elementy. Elementy te sa uksztaltowane w formie stylizowanych spirali Archimedesa. Ich dolne konce sa splaszczone. U góry ozdobnych elementów znajduja sie miseczki pod oprawki oswietleniowe. Na miseczkach sa umieszczone klosze. Pomiedzy pionem a poprzecznymi listwami zyrandola sa przymocowane elementy ozdobne w formie lukowo wygietych obustronnie listew. Ich koncówki sa zagiete i skierowane ku srodkowi. Elementy te sa polaczone z pionowym pretem i z poprzecznymi listwami. Rysunek, fig. 6 i fotografia, fig. 14 oraz fig. 15 - uwidacznia lampe stojaca która wchodzi w sklad zestawu, wedlug wzoru. Lampa jest wyposazona u dolu w okragla podstawe, do której sa przymocowane skierowane ku górze, wygiete lukowo prety. Dolne koncówki pretów sa zagiete i zagieta czescia przymocowane do podstawy. U góry konce pretów sa splaszczone, zagiete i rozchylone na boki. U góry prety sa polaczone niewielkimi petlami, posrodku których znajduje sie miseczka pod oprawke oswietleniowa. Na miseczce jest wsparty klosz. Lampa posiada zdobienie, które stanowi fantazyjnie wygiety, cienki o nieregularnej grubosci pret przypominajacy w swej formie galaz pnacej rózy. Do preta sa przymocowane stylizowane kwiaty i liscie wykonane z metalu metoda obróbki plastycznej. The industrial design is a lighting set used as an interior design element. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the object manifests itself in its shape, surface properties, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1-6, showing the individual elements of the set in general view. Supplementary illustrative material consists of photographs, Fig. 7-15, presenting the elements of the set and their details. The lighting set, in accordance with the industrial design presented in the drawing and photographs, includes a wall lamp, a pendant lamp, chandeliers, and a floor lamp. All elements of the set are the result of handicraft work, made of metal subjected to plastic forging. The wall lamp shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 7, has a bracket. The bracket terminates in a socket on one end, while on the opposite end it is connected to a decorative element in the form of a strip bent in the shape of a stylized Archimedean spiral. The strip ends are flattened. The strip end, visible from the front, is widened. At the top of the decorative element is a bowl for the light socket. A shade is mounted on the bowl. The drawing, Fig. 2, and photograph, Fig. 8, show a pendant. The pendant consists of a vertical rod with a ball at the top, connected to a chain. The chain, in turn, is connected to the socket. On the opposite side of the vertical rod is a bowl for the light socket, to which the shade is attached. Decorative elements are placed between the ball and the bowl, on both sides of the vertical rod. These elements take the form of decorative strips bent in the shape of stylized Archimedean spirals. Beneath them is a loop, whose symmetrically arranged arms are bent and point downward. Figure 3 and photograph 9 show a chandelier. This chandelier is two-armed. At the top, the chandelier is equipped with a box connected to a chain, which in turn is connected to a vertical rod, which is terminated at the top and bottom with a decorative ball. A beam is attached transversely to the vertical rod. The ends of the beam are flattened, curved in a spiral, and point upward. On both sides of the beam, decorative elements are attached to the convex ends of its ends. These elements are shaped in the form of a stylized Archimedean spiral, and their lower ends are flattened and widened when viewed from the front. Lighting fixtures are mounted on top of the decorative elements. Shades are placed on the bowls. Between the vertical and the crossbar, the chandelier is decorated. These decorations consist of arched elements attached to the vertical rod and the crossbar. The ends of the elements are bent and directed inward. The drawing (Fig. 4) and the photographs (Fig. 10 and Fig. 11) show the chandelier. This chandelier is three-armed. At the top, the chandelier is equipped with a box connected to a chain, which in turn is connected to a vertical rod, which ends with two facing bowls at the top and a ball at the bottom. Radial beams are attached transversely to the vertical. The ends of the beams are flattened and bent into a spiral. Decorative elements are attached to the convex parts of the beam ends, in the form of stylized Archimedean spirals. Their lower ends are flattened. At the top of the decorative elements are installed cups for light fixtures. Lampshades are placed on these cups. Between the vertical rod and the chandelier's crossbars are the decorative elements. These are in the form of loops, bent on both sides, with bent ends directed inward, with one part connected to the beam, the other to the vertical rod. The drawing, Fig. 5, and the photographs, Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, show the chandelier included in the set, in accordance with the industrial design. This chandelier is four-armed. At the top, the chandelier is equipped with a box connecting to a chain, while the chain is connected to a vertical rod, which is terminated with a ball at the top and bottom. Beams are attached transversely to the vertical, their ends flattened and bent into a spiral. Decorative elements are attached to the convex ends of the beams. These elements are shaped like stylized Archimedean spirals, with their lower ends flattened. At the top of the decorative elements are cups for light fixtures. Lampshades are placed on the cups. Between the vertical and the crossbars of the chandelier, decorative elements are attached in the form of arc-shaped strips bent on both sides. Their ends are bent and directed inward. These elements are connected to the vertical bar and the crossbars. The drawing, Fig. 6, and the photographs, Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, show the floor lamp included in the set, as shown in the pattern. The lamp features a round base at the bottom, to which are attached upward-curved, arched rods. The lower ends of the rods are bent, and the bent part is attached to the base. At the top, the rod ends are flattened, bent, and flared to the sides. At the top, the rods are connected by small loops, in the center of which is a bowl for the light socket. The lampshade is supported by the bowl. The lamp is decorated with a fancifully curved, thin rod of irregular thickness, resembling the branch of a climbing rose. Stylized flowers and leaves made of metal using plastic processing are attached to the rod.
