Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kinkietu przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym,dekoracyjnym ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie jego odmian. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach,na których fig.1 - przedstawia kinkiet 1-ramienny fig.2 - przedstawia odmiane kinkietu 1-ramiennego,fig.3-przedsta- wia kolejna druga odmiane kinkietu 1-ramiennego,fig.4-przedstawia kinkiet 2-ramienny i fig.5 - przedstawia odmiane kinkietu 2-ra- miennego. Jak pokazano na fotografii fig.1 - podstawe kinkietu mocowana do sciany stanowi wysmukla bryla o ksztalcie pólwalca,którego zakonczenie tj.górna i dolna podstawe stanowia cwierckule. Na sciance bocznej tego pólwalca umiejscowione jest w plaszczy- znie pionowej ramie wygiete w ksztalcie niepelnej litery "S". W górnej czesci z ramieniem tym polaczone jest poprzez ozdo- bny uchwyt drugie ramie wygiete lukowato na zewnatrz i u góryzakonczone pólkolista,miseczkowata obudowa zarówki,a na dole - ponizej uchwytu - zakonczone imitacja stylizowanej, ozdobnej galazki. The essence of the design is a new form of the fixture, manifested in its original, decorative shape and the shapes of its variants. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a single-arm fixture; Fig. 2 shows a variant of a single-arm fixture; Fig. 3 shows another variant of a single-arm fixture; Fig. 4 shows a two-arm fixture; and Fig. 5 shows a variant of a two-arm fixture. As shown in Fig. 1, the wall-mounted base of the sconce is a slender, half-cylindrical shape, with the upper and lower bases forming quarter-spheres. A vertical arm, bent in the shape of a partial "S," is located on the side of this half-cylindrical shape. Connected to this arm at the top by a decorative handle is a second arm, curved outward and topped with a semicircular, bowl-shaped bulb housing, while at the bottom—below the handle—it ends with an imitation of a stylized, decorative branch. The version of the sconce shown in Fig. 2 also has a slender, half-cylindrical shape, with the upper and lower bases forming quarter-spheres. On the side wall of the half-cylinder, a decorative arm is placed vertically. Its upper section is curved semi-circularly, and below it, in the lower section, it passes through a decorative bracket, adhering to the wall of the sconce. Below the bracket, this arm is terminated with an imitation of a stylized, decorative branch. In the upper part of the sconce arm, a slightly different decorative bracket connects it to a second arm, curved outward and terminating in a bowl-shaped bulb housing. The other end of this arm is also curved, creating an oval shape, topped with a perpendicular, curved element. The wall lamp shown in Fig. 3 has a base shaped like an inverted, flat saucer, with a central protrusion and an adjacent semicircular arm shaped like a horizontally arranged, stylized "S." At the end of this arm, on its upward curved section, a bell-shaped bulb housing is suspended. The wall lamp shown in Fig. 4 has a base shaped like a slender, semi-cylindrical block, the ends of which, i.e., the upper and lower bases, are quarter-spheres. Two similarly shaped arms are symmetrically placed on the side wall of the semi-cylinder, each of which is bent semicircularly in the upper section, and below, in the lower section, it adheres to the wall of the wall lamp and passes through a decorative holder. Below the handle, the arm ends in an imitation of a stylized, decorative branch. At the top of the sconce arm, the handle connects it to a second arm, which curves outward and ends in a bowl-shaped bulb housing. The other end of this arm is also curved, creating an oval shape, topped with a short, arched element perpendicular to the arm. The wall lamp shown in Fig. 5 has a base in the shape of a slender, semi-cylindrical shape, the top and bottom bases of which form an octagonal shape. Two similarly shaped arms are symmetrically placed on the side wall of the semi-cylinder. Each of these arms is shaped like an incomplete letter "5" and in the upper part, the second arm is connected to this arm by a decorative handle, the other arm is curved outward and ends at the top with a semi-circular, bowl-shaped bulb housing, and at the bottom - below the handle - ends with an imitation of a stylized, decorative branch.
