Dywan III Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 06.07.2001. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, figur oraz barwie wierzchniej czesci dywanu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4. Dywan wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi czesc dolna w postaci podkladu oraz czesc górna w postaci runa. Charakterystyczny wzór wierzchniej powierzchni dywanu stanowi kompozycja zamknieta oparta o uproszczone formy abstrakcyjne. Charakterystyczne linie tworza rame. Ksztalt ramy biegnacej wzdluz krótszych boków ma ksztalt linii krzywejpromieniowej. Równolegle do nich przebiegaja dwie podobne linie w poprzek dywanu blizej srodka. Pomiedzy tymi dwiema liniami na srodku dywanu umieszczono dwa charakterystyczne figury w ksztalcie ostrza szabli polozone symetrycznie wzgledem siebie i przeciete poprzecznie dwiema mniejszymi figurami o podobnym ksztalcie. Niesymetrycznie na calej powierzchni rozmieszczone sa linie proste lamane tworzace ksztalt spirali oraz inne ksztalty figur geometrycznych w postaci trójkatów, kól, równolegloboków i innych. Calosc rozmieszczona na jednolitym kolorowym tle. Szczególny efekt zdobniczy uzyskuje sie poprzez umieszczenie calosci na jednolitym kolorowym tle w kolorze burgund lub jasnej zielem lub koloru bezowego. PL PLCarpet III The design registration right is valid from July 6, 2001. The design is for a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, figures, and the color of the carpet's surface. The design is shown in illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The carpet, according to the design, consists of a lower part in the form of a backing and an upper part in the form of a pile. The characteristic pattern of the carpet's upper surface is a closed composition based on simplified abstract forms. The characteristic lines create a frame. The shape of the frame running along the shorter sides is a radial curve. Two similar lines run parallel to them across the carpet closer to the center. Between these two lines in the center of the carpet are two distinctive saber-blade-shaped figures, placed symmetrically to each other and intersected crosswise by two smaller figures of a similar shape. Asymmetrically distributed across the entire surface are straight broken lines creating a spiral shape, as well as other geometric shapes such as triangles, circles, parallelograms, and others. The entire piece is placed on a solid colored background. A special decorative effect is achieved by placing the entire piece on a solid colored background in burgundy, light green, or beige.
