Description
Przymocowanie przepony w regula¬ torach cisnienia gazu przez zacisniecie jej miedzy dwoma kolnierzami kadluba regulatora lub tez przez zlaczenie z ka¬ dlubem jest znane. Przy tego rodzaju przymocowaniu przepona przy zmianie musi byc z ostroznoscia na nowo przy¬ mocowana lub wsunieta miedzy kolnie¬ rze regulatora, by zajela nalezyte polo¬ zenie. Takie sposoby przymocowywa¬ nia przepony sa zwiazane z trudnoscia¬ mi, poniewaz regulatory mieszcza sie po wiekszej czesci w waskich wnekach mu¬ rowych. Dla ulatwienia tej czynnosci przepona jest przymocowana do dwóch krazków, które stanowia jedna calosc z przepona i wraz z nia sa zmieniane.Przymocowanie przepony jest przed¬ stawione na rysunku. Przepona biona ze skóry lub z innego odpowied¬ niego materjalu, jest przymocowana do krazków b \ c. Po zdjeciu górnej czesci kadluba regulatora d z czesci dolnej e i po odlaczeniu trzonu zaworowego f od krazka &, przepona a wraz z obu krazkami b i c moze byc usunieta jako calosc z kadluba regulatora i wstawiona zpowrotem. Zewnetrzna srednica kraz¬ ka c moze byc tak zwiekszona, ze moze wychodzic poza sruby g. PLThe fastening of the diaphragm to gas pressure regulators by pinching it between two flanges of the regulator body or by coupling it to a club is known. With this type of attachment, the diaphragm must be carefully reattached or re-inserted between the flanges of the adjuster during the change of the diaphragm so that it takes the correct position. Such methods of attaching the diaphragm are difficult because the regulators fit most of the narrow masonry cavities. To facilitate this, the diaphragm is attached to two discs which are one piece with the diaphragm and changed with them. The diaphragm fastening is shown in the figure. The diaphragm of leather or other suitable material is attached to the disks b \ c. After removing the upper part of the regulator body d from the lower part e and disconnecting the valve stem f from the disc &, the diaphragm a with both disks b and c can be removed as all of the regulator hull and put back. The outer diameter of the c disc may be so increased that it may extend beyond the bolts g.
