W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, depilator wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Wzór depilatora jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia depilator w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i boku, fig. 2 - depilator w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - w widoku z dolu, a fig. 7 - przedstawiadepilator z nalozona pokrywka ochronna w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i boku, fig. 8 - depilator z nalozona pokrywka ochronna w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - w widoku z tylu, fig. 10 - w widoku z boku, fig. 11 - w widoku z góry, fig. 12 - w widoku z dolu. Depilator, wedlug wzoru, ma wydluzony ksztalt i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest symetryczny wzgledem wzdluznej osi i posiada segmenty górny i dolny. Segment górny ma centralnie uksztaltowany prostokatny otwór, który jest wypelniony pincetami. Segment górny jest rozdzielony na dwa kolpaki boczne, które maja zaokraglone na zewnatrz boki o owalnych zarysach i sciete krawedzie boczne z utworzeniem w kazdym kolpaku dwóch krawedzi zalamania. Segment dolny jest lagodnie odgiety do przodu wzgledem segmentu górnego i ma zaokraglony koniec z kolowym zarysem usytuowanym centralnie na krawedzi zalamania segmentu dolnego pomiedzy jego przodem a tylem. Segment dolny jest rozdzielony na dwa kolpaki przedni i tylny, na których sa uksztaltowane krawedzie zalamania bedace przedluzeniem krawedzi zalamania kolpaków bocznych segmentu górnego i rozciagajace sie z odchyleniem na boki ku dolowi segmentu dolnego. Na kolpaku przednim segmentu dolnego jest uksztaltowany wystep o romboidalnym zarysie podstawy i owalnym zarysie jego powierzchni górnej, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-6. Depilator moze byc wyposazony w pokrywke ochronna, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 7-12.Cechami istotnymi depilatora jest to, ze jest symetryczny wzgledem wzdluznej osi i posiada segmenty górny i dolny. Priority: May 16, 2001, France. The subject of the industrial design is an epilator. Compared to similar products of this type, the epilator is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape, line layout, and surface properties. The epilator, according to the design, has an elongated shape and is characterized in that it is symmetrical about the longitudinal axis and has upper and lower segments. The upper segment has a central rectangular opening filled with forceps. The upper segment is divided into two side caps, each with rounded, oval sides and beveled edges, creating two kink edges in each cap. The lower segment is gently curved forward relative to the upper segment and has a rounded end with a circular outline centrally located on the kink edge of the lower segment, between its front and rear. The lower segment is divided into two front and rear caps, each with kink edges that extend from the kink edge of the side caps of the upper segment and extend laterally downward toward the bottom of the lower segment. The front cap of the lower segment has a projection with a rhomboidal base and an oval upper surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-6. The epilator can be equipped with a protective cover, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 7-12. The epilator's essential features are that it is symmetrical about the longitudinal axis and has upper and lower segments. The upper segment has a central rectangular opening filled with tweezers. The upper segment is divided into two side caps, each with outwardly rounded, oval-shaped sides and beveled edges, creating two folded edges in each cap. The lower segment is gently bent forward relative to the upper segment and has a rounded end with a circular outline located centrally on the kink edge of the lower segment between its front and back. The lower segment is divided into two caps, front and rear, on which kink edges are shaped, which are an extension of the kink edges of the side caps of the upper segment and extend with a sideways inclination towards the bottom of the lower segment. On the front cap of the lower segment is shaped a protrusion with a rhomboid base outline and an oval upper surface outline, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-6.
