Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt szczoteczki do zebów. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, uchwyt szczoteczki do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór uchwytu szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt szczoteczki do zebów ,w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - w widoku z góry, fig.5- w widoku od góry. Pokazana na fig. 1, fig.2, fig. 3 szczecine na glówce szczoteczki i zarys postaci na raczce szczoteczki do zebów zaznaczono liniami przerywanymi wylacznie dla celów ilustracyjnych i nie stanowia one czesci zastrzeganego wzoru. Uchwyt szczoteczki do zebów sklada sie z trzech czesci: glówki , trzonka i raczki. Glówka ma ksztalt owalny, z przodu splaszczony, a z tylu przechodzacy gladkim lukiem w trzonek. Trzonek, w widoku z przodu ,ma ksztalt trapezu zwezajacego sie w kierunku glówki, którego bok przedni i tylny jest szerszy od bocznego. Trzonek jest wygiety do tylu. Raczka ma ksztalt owalny i splaszczony na bokach. Na powierzchni bocznej raczki jest umieszczony podwójny pasek dzielacy ja na dwie czesci. Na pasku zprzodu i z tylu jest umieszczony element w ksztalcie litery „C". Górna czesc raczki od strony trzonka jest zakonczona kolnierzem, zas dolna czesc jest zakonczona scietym koncem tworzacym okragla podstawe. Ponadto na dolnej czesci sa umieszczone podluzne zebra otaczajace okragla podstawe. Zebra maja ksztalt skrzydelek, od wewnatrz podcietych ukosnie do góry. Ich zewnetrzna krawedz miesci sie w zarysie bocznej powierzchni raczki. Szczoteczka ta moze byc uzywana zwlaszcza przez dzieci. Cechami istotnymi uchwytu szczoteczki do zebów jest to, ze sklada sie on z trzech czesci: glówki , trzonka i raczki. Glówka ma ksztalt owalny, z przodu splaszczony, a z tylu przechodzacy gladkim lukiem w trzonek. Trzonek, w widoku z przodu , ma ksztalt trapezu zwezajacego sie w kierunku glówki, którego bok przedni i tylny jest szerszy od bocznego. Trzonek jest wygiety do tylu. Raczka ma ksztalt owalny i splaszczony na bokach. Na powierzchni bocznej raczki jest umieszczony podwójny pasek dzielacy ja na dwie czesci. Na pasku z przodu i z tylu jest umieszczony element w ksztalcie litery „C". Górna czesc raczki od strony trzonka jest zakonczona kolnierzem, zas dolna czesc jest zakonczona scietym koncem tworzacym okragla podstawe. Ponadto na dolnej czesci sa umieszczone podluzne zebra otaczajace okragla podstawe. Zebra maja ksztalt skrzydelek, od wewnatrz podcietych ukosnie do góry. Ich zewnetrzna krawedz miesci sie w zarysie bocznej powierzchni raczki jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1- fig.5. Compared to similar products of this type, the toothbrush handle according to the industrial design is distinguished by its novel form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bristles on the toothbrush head and the outline of the figure on the toothbrush handle shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3 are marked with dashed lines for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute part of the claimed design. The toothbrush handle consists of three parts: the head, the handle, and the handle. The head is oval in shape, flattened at the front and merging smoothly into the handle at the back. The handle, viewed from the front, is trapezoidal in shape, tapering towards the head, with the front and rear sides wider than the sides. The handle is curved backward.
