Pólka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 03.01.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka przeznaczona do przechowywania pudelek w szczególnosci z plytami DVD, CD, kasetami video. Istota wzoru pólki jest je j oryginalna postac, uklad linii oraz kolorystyka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pólke w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia pólke w widoku z góry. Pólka wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch pionowych, przeciwleglych scianek, charakteryzujacych sie tym, ze kazda z nich stanowi fragment powierzchni bocznejwalca. Scianki te polaczone sa w swej górnej oraz dolnej czesci elementami dystansowymi, z których dolne i górne elementy dystansowe usytuowane w czolowej, szerszej czesci stojaka sa nieco dluzsze od dolnych i górnych elementów dystansowych usytuowanych w tylnej czesci stojaka. Kazda ze pionowych, przeciwleglych scianek posiada prostokatny otwór poprzedzielany równoleglymi i umieszczonymi w niewielkich odstepach od siebie poziomymi elementami, których krawedzie maja lukowaty ksztalt i wygiete sa ku srodkowi stojaka.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since January 3, 2002. The industrial design is a shelf designed for storing boxes, particularly those containing DVDs, CDs, and video cassettes. The essence of the shelf design lies in its unique form, line layout, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shelf in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the shelf from above. According to the design, the shelf consists of two vertical, opposing walls, each of which is a fragment of the lateral surface of a cylinder. These walls are connected in their upper and lower sections by spacers, of which the lower and upper spacers located in the front, wider part of the stand are slightly longer than the lower and upper spacers located in the rear part of the stand. Each of the vertical, opposite walls has a rectangular opening divided by parallel horizontal elements placed at small intervals from each other, the edges of which have an arc shape and are bent towards the center of the stand.
