Istota wzoru pólki jest jej oryginalna postac rózniaca sie od dotychcza s znanych pólek uksztaltowaniem scianek bocznych, a takze polaczeniem tych scianek, dajacym mozliwosc segmentowego laczenia ze soba kolejnych pólek, przypinanych zarówno od góry, od dolu, jak równiez z boków pólki podstawowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pólke w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia zestawione ze soba cztery pólki, z których dwie przygotowane sa do polaczenia bokami, a kolejne dwie do ustawienia na nich. Pólke, wedlug wzoru, stanowia dwie pionowe, przeciwlegle, scianki boczne, które uksztaltowane sa „drabiniasto", a przy tym sa nieco wklesle do srodka. Równoczesnieelementy poprzeczne kazdej ze scianek bocznych pólki - przypominajace ksztaltem szczeble drabiny - sa takze lukowato wygiete do srodka pólki. Obie scianki boczne pólki polaczone sa ze soba poziomymi, plaskimi lacznikami o ksztalcie przypominajacym obrys postaci czlowieka, przy czym jeden z laczników umieszczony jest w dolnej czesci pólki, natomiast drugi umieszczony jest w górnej czesci pólki. Wzdluz górnych, dolnych oraz bocznych krawedzi scianek bocznych pólki rozmieszczone sa gesto wystepy oraz otwory, które blokuja sie wzajemnie w analogicznych i odpowiadajacych im otworach i wystepach umieszczonych w sasiedniej pólce, umozliwiajac laczenie ze soba kolejnych jej segmentów, dostawianych zarówno od góry, od dolu, jak równiez z boków pólki podstawowej. Opisana pólka segmentowa moze zostac wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. The industrial design registration right is valid from [date]. The subject of the industrial design is a shelf designed for storing boxes, particularly those containing DVDs, CDs, or video cassettes. The essence of the shelf design is its original form, differing from previously known shelves in the shape of the side walls, as well as the connection of these walls, allowing for the segmented connection of subsequent shelves, attached both from the top, bottom, and sides of the basic shelf. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shelf in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 shows four shelves juxtaposed, two of which are ready to be connected sideways, and the other two to be placed on top of them. The shelf, according to the design, consists of two vertical, opposite side walls, which are shaped like ladders and are slightly concave inwards. At the same time, the cross-members of each side wall of the shelf – resembling the rungs of a ladder – are also curved towards the center of the shelf. Both side walls of the shelf are connected with horizontal, flat connectors in the shape of a human figure, with one connector placed in the lower part of the shelf, while the other is placed in the upper part of the shelf. Densely spaced along the top, bottom, and side edges of the shelf's side walls are protrusions and holes that interlock with corresponding holes and protrusions in the adjacent shelf, allowing subsequent shelf segments to be connected, either from the top, bottom, or sides of the base shelf. This segmented shelf can be made of plastic in any color. List of industrial design variations: 1) a single shelf segment - fig. 1, 2) four shelf segments ready to be put together - fig. 2. An important feature of the design shown in fig. 1 is that: - the shelf consists of two vertical, opposite side walls, which are shaped like a ladder and are slightly concave towards the center, - the cross-sectional elements of each side wall of the shelf - resembling the rungs of a ladder - are also arched towards the center of the shelf, - both side walls of the shelf are connected with each other by horizontal, flat connectors with a shape resembling the outline of a human figure, with one of the connectors placed in the lower part of the shelf, while the other is placed in the upper part of the shelf, - along the upper, lower and lateral edges of the side walls The shelves are densely arranged with protrusions and holes that interlock with each other in similar and corresponding holes and protrusions located in the adjacent shelf, enabling the connection of subsequent segments, added both from the top, from the bottom and from the sides of the basic shelf. The essential feature of the design shown in Fig. 2 is that: - it consists of four juxtaposed segmented shelves, each of which has: - two vertical, opposite side walls, which are shaped like a ladder and are slightly concave towards the center, - the cross-sectional elements of each of the shelf side walls - resembling the rungs of a ladder - are also arched towards the center of the shelf, and - both side walls of the shelf are connected with each other by horizontal, flat connectors with a shape resembling the outline of a human figure, where one of the connectors is placed in the lower part of the shelf, while the other is placed in the upper part of the shelf, - along the upper, lower and side edges of the shelf side walls there are densely arranged protrusions and holes that interlock with each other in analogous and corresponding holes and protrusions placed in the adjacent shelf, enabling the connection of subsequent shelf segments, added both from the top, from the bottom, and from the sides of the basic shelf.
