Ozdoba swiecy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 02.01.2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest ozdoba swiecy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac ozdoby umieszczanej na swiecy, przejawiajaca sie w doborze elementów dekoracyjnych, ich rozmieszczeniu, oraz barwie, nadajacych jej oryginalny wyglad. Ozdoba swiecy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tworzy ja szeroki pas posiadajacy na brzegach obu stron waskie paski odrózniajace sie faktura powierzchni od srodkowej czesci pasa. Na brzegach pasa umieszczone sa elementy dekoracyjne w postaci gwiazdek lub figur geometrycznych. Przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig 10 ozdoba swiecy, wykonywana jest w dowolnym kolorze, dobieranym kazdorazowo do koloru swiecy. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of decoration placed on the candle, manifested in the selection of decorative elements, their arrangement, and color, giving it a unique appearance. The candle ornament is characterized by being formed by a wide band with narrow stripes on both sides, distinguished by their surface texture from the central part of the band. Decorative elements in the form of stars or geometric figures are placed on the edges of the band. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings in ten slightly different embodiments, in which fig. 1 - shows an ornament in which the central part of the wide strip has a matte surface texture, and the narrow stripes placed on the edges have a shiny surface texture, and on the edges of the strip there are decorative elements in the form of stars, fig. 2 - shows an ornament with the central part of the strip having a shiny texture, the narrow stripes on the edges having a matte texture, and the decorative elements in the form of stars, fig. 3 - the central part of the strip is matte, narrow stripes are shiny, and the decorative elements are in the form of triangles, fig. 4 - the central part of the strip is shiny, narrow stripes are matte, and the decorative elements are in the form of triangles, fig. 5 - the central part of the strip is matte, narrow stripes are shiny, and the decorative elements are in the form of rhombuses, fig. 6 - The middle part of the strip is shiny, with narrow matte stripes, and decorative elements in the form of rhombuses. Fig. 7 - The middle part of the strip is matte, with narrow glossy stripes, and decorative elements in the form of circles. Fig. 8 - The middle part of the strip is shiny, with narrow matte stripes, and decorative elements in the form of circles. The candle decoration shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 is made in any color, each matched to the color of the candle.
