Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik ze zbiornikiem w kolorze ciemnym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku zprzodu, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 8 - odmiane pojemnika ze zbiornikiem w kolorze jasnym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 9 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 9, ma zastosowanie zwlaszcza do celów kosmetycznych, jako pojemnik do przechowywania i uzywania zelów, odzywek, mleczek i szamponów. Pojemnik sklada sie: ze zbiornika, polaczonego u góry z glowica, wyposazona w otwór wylotowy, zamykany za pomoca odchylanej klapki. Zbiornik pojemnika, przedstawionego na fig. 1 do fig. 9 ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt owalu o scietych podstawach, przy czym zarówno z przodu jak i z tylu jest on w swej dolnej czesci wyposazony w ksztaltowa chropowata powierzchnie obwodowa, majaca w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt fotela samochodowego. Glowica pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu postac szerokiego prostokata o wyoblonym górnym dlugim boku, przy czym w jej przedniej czesci znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie polówki okregu, ulatwiajace otwieranie i zamykanie odchylanej klapki, natomiast w widoku z góry glowica ma ksztalt owalu o scietych podstawach, w którego wnetrzu znajduje sie odchylana klapka w ksztalcie prostokata o wyoblonych krótszych bokach. Pojemnik w widoku z obu boków ma ksztalt waskiego prostokata, o wkleslych - na dlugosci zbiornika - dluzszych bokach, przy czym w widoku z lewego boku, ksztaltowa powierzchnia pokrywa nieznaczna czesc dolnej powierzchni pojemnika, natomiast w widoku z prawego - pokrywa okolo jednej trzeciej powierzchni pojemnika. W widoku z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalu, przy czym w jego wnetrzu znajduje sie glowica, w ksztalcie owalu o scietych podstawach.Pojemnik w widoku z dolu równiez ma ksztalt owalu, przy czym podstawa pojemnika wedlug wzoru, przedstawionego na fig. 1 do fig. 7 jest zaopatrzona w cztery plytkie wglebienia w ksztalcie fasoli, natomiast podstawa pojemnika wedlug wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 8 do fig. 9 jest pozbawiona takich wglebien. Pojemnik wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 7 jest wyposazony w zbiornik w kolorze jasnym, natomiast ksztaltowa chropowata powierzchnia obwodowa, oraz glowica - w kolorze ciemniejszym. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 8 do fig. 9 rózni sie od pojemnika wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 7 tym, ze jego zbiornik oraz ksztaltowa chropowata powierzchnia obwodowa sa wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze bardzo jasnym, korzystnie bialym, natomiast glowica z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze ciemnym, zas jeg o podstawa jest plaska, pozbawiona wglebien. The subject of the industrial design is a container, particularly for cosmetic products, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 - shows a container with a dark-colored reservoir in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same container in a front view, fig. 3 - the same container in a back view, fig. 4 - the same container in a left side view, fig. 5 - the same container in a right side view, fig. 6 - the same container in a top view, fig. 7 - the same container in a bottom view, fig. 8 - a variant of the container with a light-colored reservoir in a perspective view, and fig. 9 - the same container in a bottom view. The container shown in fig. 1 to fig. 9 is used in particular for cosmetic purposes, as a container for storing and using gels, conditioners, milks and shampoos. The container consists of: a tank connected at the top to a head provided with an outlet opening closed by a hinged flap. The tank of the container shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 9 has the shape of an oval with truncated bases in front and rear views, and in its lower part, both at the front and rear, it is provided with a shaped, roughened peripheral surface having the shape of a car seat in front and rear views. The container head, viewed from the front and rear, has the form of a wide rectangle with a curved upper long side. Its front part has a recess in the shape of a half-circle, facilitating the opening and closing of the hinged flap. Viewed from above, the head has the shape of an oval with truncated bases, inside which is a hinged rectangular flap with curved shorter sides. Viewed from both sides, the container has the shape of a narrow rectangle, with concave longer sides along the length of the container. In the left-side view, the shaped surface covers a small portion of the container's lower surface, while in the right-side view, it covers approximately one-third of the container's surface. In a top view, the container has the shape of an elongated oval, with an oval-shaped head inside, with truncated bases. In a bottom view, the container also has the shape of an oval, with the base of the container according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 being provided with four shallow bean-shaped recesses, while the base of the container according to the pattern shown in Fig. 8 to Fig. 9 is devoid of such recesses. The container according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 is equipped with a light-colored reservoir, while the shaped rough peripheral surface and the head are darker in color. The container shown in Fig. 8 to Fig. 9 differs from the container according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 in that its reservoir and shaped rough peripheral surface are made of very light-colored plastic, preferably white, while the head is made of dark-colored plastic, and its base is flat, without recesses.
