Pierwszenstwo od dnia 27 pazdziernika 2001 r., nr 401 09 405.7 (Niemcy) Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik zwlaszcza do produktów kosmetycznych, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widokuz jednego z boków, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu, a fig. - 7 ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 7, ma zastosowanie zwlaszcza do celów kosmetycznych, jako pojemnik do przechowywania i uzywania zelów, odzywek, mleczek i szamponów. Pojemnik sklada sie: ze zbiornika, polaczonego u dolu z glowica, stanowiaca podstawe pojemnika, wyposazona w otwór wylotowy, zamykany za pomoca odchylanej klapki. Zbiornik pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych narozach i wypuklych krótszych bokach. W widoku z boku zbiornik ma ksztalt sopla, natomiast w widoku z góry - zblizony do owalu, z podluznym zgrubieniem przebiegajacym przez jego srodek, do jego krótszych boków. Glowica pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt trapezu, o lekko scietych dolnych narozach i wkleslej górnej podstawie, przy czym w przedniej czesci glowicy znajduje sie eliptyczne, skosne wglebienie, ulatwiajace otwieranie i zamykanie odchylanej klapki, natomiast w tylnej - w zawias. W widoku z dolu glowica ma ksztalt owalu, w którego wnetrzu znajduje sie klapka w ksztalcie prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach. W widoku z boku glowica ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu o wypuklej górnej podstawie, i lekko scietym boku w miejscu wglebienia do otwierania klapki. Glowica pojemnika jest wykonana korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze ciemnym, natomiast jego zbiornik jest wykonany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego.Fig. 1Fig. 3Fig. 5Fig. 7 PL2/ Eva SEWING, Cologne, Germany The industrial design registration is valid from 22 April 2002. Priority from 27 October 2001, No. 401 09 405.7 (Germany) Container The subject of the industrial design is a container, especially for cosmetic products, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the same container in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the same container in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the same container in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the same container in a bottom view, and Fig. 7 shows the same container in a top view. The container shown in Figures 1 to 7 is used primarily for cosmetic purposes, as a container for storing and using gels, conditioners, lotions, and shampoos. The container consists of a reservoir connected at the bottom to a head, which forms the base of the container, and is equipped with an outlet opening closed by a hinged flap. The container reservoir, viewed from the front and back, has a rectangular shape with rounded upper corners and convex shorter sides. From the side, the reservoir is icicle-shaped, while from the top, it is roughly oval, with a longitudinal bulge running through its center and extending to its shorter sides. The container head, viewed from the front and rear, has a trapezoidal shape, with slightly beveled lower corners and a concave upper base. The front of the head has an elliptical, slanted recess that facilitates opening and closing the hinged flap, while the rear part has a hinge. Viewed from below, the head has an oval shape, with a rectangular flap inside, with convex longer sides. Viewed from the side, the head has a trapezoidal shape with a convex upper base and a slightly beveled side at the recess for opening the flap.
